I design because I constantly encounter products that ignore how people think. Systems with mismatched mental models, unclear objectives, and friction that feels accidental rather than intentional. That frustration is what pulled me toward interaction design.
I believe the structure of a system shapes the experience of it. I build around mental models, ensuring that interactions align with how people naturally think and act. If friction exists, it should serve a purpose.
